The PRS is one of the most flexible reporting systems on the market. We customise the system to your specifications which ensures that the final output uniquely reflects the school image and ethos. Template design is completely open. Some schools even add pupil drawings to the final report.

In a nut shell - for teachers...

ImageYou do...
Write a childs report quickly by clicking on comments in a 'comment bank'. Often only 2 or 3 clicks are needed to produce a naturally flowing comment.

ImageYou don't...
Type in pupil names, fill in gender specific information, print it, sign it or collate it. Once you have clicked the comment, you have finished.

In a nut shell - for admins...

The PRS is based around a client/server model. The teachers laptops connect via a network to a central server to perform backups, receive updates and synchronise reports. You can track client synchronisation, backups and updates via a central logging system. Once all reports are completed and synchronised you use the print manager to bring all the subjects together, in order, and print complete reports for specific groups/classes.
